Luc Charron - Director

Mr. Luc Charron is a Partner with Emerald Technology Ventures (formerly known as SAM Private equity), a global leader in Cleantech venture capital. Luc is located in Montreal, QC and is mainly responsible for deals originating in North America.

He has over 30 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and corporate finance, having worked with Caisse de dépôt et placement (CDP), KPMG, Fonds de Solidarité, Power Financial Capital Corporation, RoyNat, and BDC. He presently serves on the board of directors of several other private companies such as Ormecon GmbH, and AgION Technologies and is an observer on the Board of Angstrom Power.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the École des Hautes Études Commerciales (HEC) in Montréal, Canada.
